Pictures again

Showing off the Alice in Wonderland onesie I got with Sarah in mind. I wish they had a bigger size because she won't be fitting into it for long, but it was too cute to pass up.

This is her adorable Christmas dress. This is also approximately .037 seconds after Heather left the house from taking her pictures. Apparently she was tired. Thankfully the pictures turned out adorable anyway.

I LOVE this toy. We finally fixed it so it doesn't just play the demo mode. Quinn is able to make it work by touching it. She acts like she loves it too!

I was getting ready for work this morning and she was hanging out in the bed next to me. She was babbling and stuff then all the sudden she was silent. Fast asleep.

Just an Update

Life is hectic. The good news is that I am finally getting some more sleep. It is getting slightly easier to get Quinn to bed at a normal time if we stick to our schedule. If I get her in her bouncy and get it really dark, she usually fusses for about 10 minutes and then sleeps. If she is crying, I will calm her, rock her, whatever and then put her back down. Eventually, she seems content and drifts into sleepland. My favorite are the days that I will put her in there, she will grin and giggle and talk to me, and then fall asleep with no problems. This past week, she's been sleeping for about 4 hours at a time, so that's awesome!!! I will only have to get up once. It does stink that she's been getting up around 6:30 more than once to eat and I have to get up at 7, so I'm up a half hour earlier, but the longer stretches of sleep are helping drastically.

Last weekend we had Christmas with my dad. I have to say it was horrible! Poor Quinn was showing all of the signs of teething. Drooling, chewing, diaper rash, cranky, fever, etc. She screamed or whimpered or slept the whole time we were at the party. Eventually we found a little white thing in her upper right gum. I'm pretty sure it is a calcium deposit. If so, I hope she doesn't get any more. And I hope she doesn't have horrible reactions for every tooth too. We left the party as soon as we could basically. I wasn't feeling well and Quinn was a mess, so we went and got some stuff for her for teething. It helped a lot. By the time we got home and took her temperature, it was 101.6! I was freaking out. Some meds brought it down and it stayed down. I ended up getting a fever the rest of the weekend and into the week, so I think she was reacting to the thing in her mouth AND sick with a fever. Either way, she went back to her super happy self by Monday.

Here are some random pictures:
Modeling the snowman hat the day I got it, and Cooper sniffing it out.

"I will get you evil duck"

Her very first Christmas present!!! (baby glo worm)

Gross Quinn!!

The bow I won online, and a Christmas dress, even though I didn't get a good picture.

And goodnight everyone! (My view from bed)

And then there is what we call the "dead snowman"

And my personal favorite... Go ahead Quinn, tell us what you really think about getting your picture taken.

catch up finally

I feel like there is no time anymore!!! So here are some pictures.
 I love the jeans skirts!

Cooper wanted in the picture too!

I tried to get a good picture of her playing with the ball. She was kind of rolling it around.

And we have a thumb sucker ladies and gentlemen.

 Another cute outfit!

Baby jeggings!!! Later she slobbered all over her onesie so Daniel put her in a plain white one with the jeggings. It looked so 50s!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. It was a bit rough on Quinn because her schedule went out the window. I try to keep her in a routine as much as possible. That doesn't mean she goes to sleep at the same time or anything, but she does get in her jammies and it gets nice and quiet for her around the same time. Plus she naps so well during the day. Unfortunately she didn't nap well during the day then didn't get her bedtime routine and didn't get to bed as consistently. She survived and even had a good couple nights afterward.

Right now Daniel is holding her in the chair right next to me and she is just staring at me. It is so cute. Sometimes I smile at her and she grins at me, but she's just sitting there staring. What a doll we have!!

Photo Bomb!

I haven't updated in forever. I started back at work Monday, and I cracked the screen of the laptop last weekend. The laptop is fixed (thanks Daniel!) and it is the weekend, so I'm gonna update. So here are some pictures:

Henry was helping watch her! He is really sweet with her and tries to stick the paci in her mouth a lot. He is going to be a great big brother! Wyatt was there just a few seconds before, but he walked away right before I got a good picture.

Quite possibly my new favorite outfit! I don't think she likes the hat though:(

Put yo' hands up! (yes, she's fast asleep)

Ok this one I took cause I think it shows how tiny her chicken legs are!!! She was just waking up from a VERY long nap, so long that it was bed time. We just put the carseat in the pack n play and left her in her clothes till she woke up and I changed her into jammies.

Gosh, she sure sleeps a lot.

Quinn is doing very well at Jill's. I miss her a lot, but she has been getting along just fine without me. She will be 3 months old on Wednesday. I really can't believe it! She is growing up so fast. She is super happy most of the time, smiling and giggling like crazy. Thankfully for me she is sleeping longer and longer stretches at night, usually at least 3 hours. What a perfect little baby!
